Fable : a fictitious narrative intended to inforce some useful truth or precept, usually animals as characterLegend : a sotry of unknown origin describing plausible but extraordinary past eventsFairy Tale : a simple children's story that usually involves imaginary creatures and magic such as faires, wizards and gobblins Folktale : a tale or legend originating and traditional that usually with characteristically anonymous, timeless, placeless which circulated orally among peopleMyth : a popular belief or traditional story of ostentibly historical events, especially explaining the early history of group of people or about natural events and fact.
