The Language Features of Analyctical Exposition Text


Simple Presents Tense

A present simple tense is a verb form of a sentence that expresses action in the present time, habital action, general truth, or daily activities. 


(+) S + V(s/es) + O

(-) S + don't/doesn't + V + O

(?) Do/does + S + V + O?


Example :

I run fast/I don't run fast/Do I run fast?

He go to school/He doesn't go to school/ Does he go to school?

She love to eat burgers/She doesn't love to eat burgers/Does she love to eat burgers?


Thinking Verbs 

Words that express writer's feeling or idea. 


Example : 

experience, feel, know, realize, sense, think, believe, consider, decide, forgive, understand, remember, wonder, notice, forgot, guess, idea, realise, suppose. 


Internal Conjunction

Addition : writen, spoken, well, anyway, further, additive, alternative, alternatively.Comparisons : similar, different, in contrast, for instance, rather, for example.Time : firstly, finally, secondly, still, successive, simultaneous, at the same time.Consequence : concluding, countering, therefore, in conclusion, admittedly, nevertheless, thus, consequently, however.
